Sub-Micron Gearset Shimming
Stock gearboxes are assembled on rapid production lines, resulting in excessive horizontal play. I hand-fit shim clearances to less than 0.05mm of play, aligning the gears strictly bevel-to-pinion. This minimizes mechanical stress, maximizes motor efficiency, and results in a smooth, quiet, and durable cycle.
Flawless Hop Trajectory & Seal
Muzzle velocity is useless without flat, repeatable flight paths. I build, adjust, and optimize custom flat-hop, S-hop, and R-hop arrangements tailored to lift heavy weights (0.28g to 0.45g+). When combined with internal barrel spacers, vibration is removed, ensuring tight, laser-like shot groupings.
Intelligent Solid-State MOSFETs
Traditional metal trigger contacts char, arc, and waste battery energy. I handle professional installations of premium computerized optical trigger systems (Gate Titan/Aster, JeffTron Leviathan) using clean wiring routing, ensuring instant physical trigger response, cycle completion protection, and absolute motor safety.
Physics-Grounded Diagnostic Systems
Scottish and UK airsoft energy limits are strictly governed by the Policing and Crime Act 2017 and the Air Weapons Licensing (Scotland) Act 2015. Since velocity alone doesn't tell the full story, use our calculator below to calculate exact kinetic energy output in Joules based on your ammunition weight and chronograph speed.
Gearbox timing determines both your Rate of Fire (RPS) and trigger latency (millisecond response). Mismatching high-speed gears with slow motors causes catastrophic sector-gear collisions (piston stripping / PME). Use this simulator to design a safe, highly efficient setup.
Using heavy BBs is crucial for Scottish outdoor games to fight high winds and dense brush. However, a standard cylinder with excessive port ventilation will "undervolume" heavy ammo, leading to serious energy drop-offs (negative Joule creep). Match your ratios here.
Airsoft lithium batteries (LiPos) are highly volatile. If your motor demands more instantaneous current (Amps) than the battery pack can safely provide, voltage drops, the motor slows down, and the battery begins to swell (puff) or risk catastrophic thermal failure. Check your battery limits here.
